Punakaiki Rocks Hotel

Joseph and Associates provided the project management services for the Punakaiki Rocks hotel – twenty four hotel units constructed adjacent to the State Highway.  Involved in all development and construction planning aspects of the project, made significant recommendations to the form and structural aspects and identified cost efficient alternative solutions.

Punakaiki Eco Hotel

Joseph & Associates provided the project management services for twelve Eco Hotel units, as part of the Punakaiki Rocks hotel. We were involved in all development and construction planning aspects of the project and made significant recommendations to the form and structural aspects as well as identifying cost efficient and eco friendly solutions.

Franz Josef Hot Pools

Project brief: Create a commercial but intimate pool operation placed within a remote rainforest. Provide tourists with an additional attraction to the glacier and a reason to extend their stay in the village. The facility needed to be functional, well-designed, combining client vision, engineering excellence and requiring minimal maintenance, leaving the rainforest as if it had never been touched.
